Sunday School

On most Sundays, Sunday School for p5-p7 and Bible Class take place at 10am.

Sunday School for p1-p4 starts mid-way through the morning service.

Children are supervised throughout the class and enjoy a fun and interactive time of learning about God.

At Sunday School we want to introduce the children to a wonderful, loving and almighty God, who wants to have a meaningful relationship with them. Our desire as teachers is to see our young people saved and born again into the Kingdom of God.

We also want to teach young Christian children how to walk with God and develop and mature in their faith.

With a structured syllabus, we aim to teach the whole Bible, starting off with a simple story and developing to an in-depth study of what God is saying to us in His Word. Alongside Bible study we also have our mission programme where we teach our young people how to pray effectively, especially for our member missionaries, so this is a fun programme to keep in touch with our missionaries and learn about the countries they are working in.

GB/BB

Aside from Sunday School, all primary school children are invited to join either our Girls’ Brigade or Boys’ Brigade.

Girls’ Brigade meets on Monday nights for a combination of Physical, Education, Spiritual and Service activities. These are all aimed at badge work designed for the Girls. We have averaged 85 girls over the past few years from all backgrounds and we have a good team of officers and helpers who enjoy giving of their time to work with the girls.

Boys’ Brigade is a uniformed Christian youth organisation whichmeets on Friday nights, and we currently have approximately 60 boys enrolled across all three sections of the Company. These are not only comprised of boys from within our own church, but also many boys with no church connection and from other fellowships.

Anchor Boys (P1 to P4) meets on Fridays from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.

Junior Section (P5 to P7) meets on Fridays from 7.00pm to 8.30pm.

BBFC

BBFC is our football ministry that takes place on Wednesday evenings with Juniors meetings from 6:30-7:30pm and Seniors from 7:30-9:00pm. BBFC provides a warm, inclusive and overtly Christian environment for boys and girls in p3 to Year 8 serving kids from all backgrounds and ability levels.
