Our Sunday School meets every Sunday morning at 10.15am (for P5-P7 and Bible Classes) and during the morning service (for P1-P4 children). The aim of our Sunday School is two-fold :
- Firstly we want to introduce the children to a wonderful, loving and almighty God, who wants to have a meaningful relationship with them. Our desire as teachers is to see our young people saved and born again into the Kingdom of God.
- Secondly, we want to teach young Christian children how to walk with God and develop and mature in their faith.
We try to do this through a structured syllabus, in place from nursery class right through to senior Bible Class. We aim to teach the whole Bible, starting off with a simple story and developing to an in-depth study of what God is saying to us in His Word. Alongside Bible study we also have our mission programme where we teach our young people how to pray effectively, especially for our member missionaries, so this is a fun programme to keep in touch with our missionaries and learn about the countries they are working in.
Interested? If you are aged 3 – 18 then why not join us this Sunday morning at Ballymena Baptist.
