Ballymena Baptist were delighted to host an evening with John Kirkby, Founder of Christians AganistChristians Against Poverty, on Tuesday 5th February. Valerie Roebuck, Ballymena CAP Centre Manager, said “It was a huge encouragement to us that John took time to come and see the work in Ballymena first hand.”
John started the charity in his spare bedroom with a donation of £10, and it has grown beyond all expectations. Northern Ireland has fourteen centers at the moment.
